he said he liked me and was attractive to me and wanted to see me again i like him but he seems differant since we met i no he seemed shy he starred at me alot but have only heard from him one time i like him what should i do he knows how i feel and i have called he says hes busy he will call but nobody can be that busy

doesn't sound like he's that interested. Probably doesn't want to hurt your feelings, or doesn't want to feel like a jerk by telling you straight out that he's not interested.
You said he knows how you feel and you've called, so the ball is in his court. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Lots of great guys out there, so start looking again.

Maybe he got over whelmed how you look (could be good or could be bad). Give it chance to settle on him and maybe try talking on the phone again.
