Piper Madison... I like it.
Piper Anne? (sounds kinda like Pepper Ann... maybe not such a good idea if you've seen the cartoon....)
Piper Elizabeth?
Piper Rose?
Piper Lee?
That's all I could think of. My son is also an aquarius. He was born on Valentine's Day this past year. Congrats to you and the father!
We named our son Tobias Aidan James. And he has a hyphenated last name. So his name is really long. If I have a girl I'm gonna name her Sapphire Willow.

Why not just go with regular "Riley"?
Piper Madison sounds better becuase of the syllable pattern though.... although I don't know your last name.
If your last name has more than two syllables go with Riley. If it has two syllables or less go with Madison and it will blend nicely.
