Okay..so I have set up an account with paypal, I have added my bank acct details to the acct but I am still not sure how it works.. When I buy something, and I click pay, does paypal go into my personal bank account and shift the money? Is this how this works? I currently don't have any funds in my PayPal acct, but I do in my bank account. Any experienced paypal users out there.. one more thing..I have not added a credit card number to the acct nor a debit card.

I do have a pay pal account as well for my business website. Yes, your money gets automatically withdrawn from your checking account. However, you can upload your pay pal account with funds like I put a $ 100.00 spending limit on mine. Than I do not get into the red. Hope tis helps.

I have used pay pal and as long as pay pal has the number of your bank account then it will take the money out of your bank account and transfer it over to whom you owe. So you do not need credit or debit card information for pay pal as long as they have some way to charge you for the item you are buying.
hope this information helps :)
