Me and my wife were in a auto accident. We got hit from behind.
We went to the ER and to the doctor's office. We both have neck and back pain. Total so far for the medical bills, rental , and loss wages is $ 4500.00 ... and the damage to the car is about 7000.00.

I would go for at least $50.000 or more. Taking into account "Pain and suffering" which courts will award if your injured. Dont be to shy to ask for ALOT, but don't get greedy. Ask for the max you can, im sure you will be offered lower in a settlement. Take the settlement if you think its fair...But dont be pressured into taking it!
Hope you and yours are well.
good luck

Your query is complicated..... You say: "My estimation from the store used to be roughly $1320.00 however coverage issued a verify of $931.eleven this means that adjuster excluded my higher facet of quarter panel" How have you learnt that the higher facet used to be excluded? If you had earlier harm to the reduce quarter panel as you might have stated right here, they might have excluded the earlier harm to the reduce panel. I suspect that's what they have got performed. If so, it sounds reasonable to me... Have you given a moments inspiration to name the adjuster and ask him what used to be integrated and what used to be excluded? Don't you consider that possibly a well concept?.
