After 3 years of residence in the UK as husband and wife you can get British citizenship and a British passport.
You may be able to get an EEA PERMIT to go to Britain if your wife has been working in Cyprus. EEA permits are free and gratis, and issued on the spot.
Paul H is wrong: that advice only applies if the British spouse has not exercised EU right of establishment rights (i.e., if he is in Cyprus and/or another EU/EEA/Swiss country only as a tourist). (This is, to lawyers and consuls, the "Surinder Singh" principle. You can Google that.) No conditions can be put on issuance of an EEA permit (except public health, public safety, public policy ... all irrelevant unless you are a known terrorist). What Paul H says about naturalisation is correct: 3 years of living together in the UK with a British citizen entitles you to that.

Being married to a British Citizen doe not automatically entitle you to a British passport. You will need to be habitually resident in the UK for a period of time and then apply for "Naturalisation" (British Citizenship). You will initially need to apply to the British Embassy/High Commission in Cyprus to enter the UK as the spouse of a British citizen. You will be required to prove that you are legally married and that you are able to maintain and accommodate yourself in the UK without "recourse to public funds" (benefits/social housing etc). It will take a number of years living legally in the UK before you can become Naturalised. Good luck with your marriage.

You can't get any passport without being a citizen. My step-dad is British and has dual citizenship (Britain & Canada), so he has 2 passports. My mom, is Canadian, so she can only get a Canadian passport.
