In reality, i don't think you should.(im thirteen too :D)i would go for someone who's the same age as me. Does andrew get along with ryan? if he doesnt, then thats probably why he doest want you to go out with him. How much do you like ryan? do you understand him and does he understand you? you dont have to worry, there are many guys out there. since you really like ryan, i guess you could give it a try. make a smart choice!
