A couple of male colleagues in work have just been winding me and a female colleague up about it, and now they won't say what it is. We are fairly sure it's some wierd sexual practice and she doesn't even want to know if it's disgusting. But my curiosity needs to find out.

They could be messing. But the fact that someone has said they are sick suggests that they are not messing. We will have to wait and see.

Oh no, I've not worked out exactly what it is but have realised it seems to involve poo. Therefore extremely disgusting.
My sincere apologies to everyone who had to read this question and who's curiosity also got the better of them.
I suggest if you don't know what it is. DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO FIND OUT.
