I believe that reiki is not a belief system, it's not any kind of religion so you can do reiki and believe what religion you want.

Most of them probably don't. However, I've had the chance to have a Reiki master work on me, and I think it works.

To Most Christians, it is part of Metaphysics, which has its roots in Gnosticism, and they both do not believe in the physical resurrection of Jesus, so most Christians choose to stay away from it.

reike-is a way of healing spiritualy,from the inside it starts by healing your inner self and it works ,you heal your inner being then you can be free of pain and hurt,reike respects all religeons i believe in god my friend is pagan she has a good soul[white witch]join reike its free read the news letters its free . it about prayer and healing one self of predjiduce-anger-hate-learning to trust your higher self-and to love others for who they are and,not to judge. it is not something that happens over night .reike is many religions.REIKE SOUL DISCOVERY@YAHOO.COM
