Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder...

I also covered mine over last year. A very talented artist can give you ideas. He turned my bi-plane with a banner to a lovely bunch of grapes with tinted leaves. Beautiful! Good luck.

Well, there are all kinds of tattoos in the world. Some are a turn-off (the plain blue ones spelling "Love - Hate" "Mom" or a gril's name). Some are incredible works of art, (such as the traditional full-body Japanese Yakuza tattoos) and some are feminine and pretty.
I like the decorative armband types that go around a toned bicep or ankle. A paw-print sounds cute. Butterflies and dragonflies and preying mantis etc. are also great and it doesn't really matter where they are, but shoulder blades and buttocks are good places, sometimes the best place is where it can't be seen by the general public but can be shown to a lover!
I disagree that tattoos look bad on a girl, I think they are very flattering. And I disagree that you will regret them after 35; that is like saying you'll be over the hill then! I know women in their late '50's with great bodies, and a classic little tattoo above the breast or on the shoulder which still says something good about them.
I have to repeat, though, that it does depend what kind of tattoo it is!
But you shouldn't really listen to me, I'm afraid - I love the Maori full-facial tattoos and the henna temporary feet and palm ones too! I love body art! So I am biased.
P.S. You have reminded me of the movie, "The Last Tempation of Jesus Christ" ... Mary Magdalene had the best foot tattoos ever! (But I suppose they were henna.) Just loved that look.

If you don't like them you should get the covered.

Best place - definately the pantie/bikini line.. why?

Cause they're covered under normal circumstances - but the sexyness is revealed when you're "unwrapped"..

I got my tat on my shoulder - had it done pretty high up so I can cover it when in the office. Purely cause in some enviroments people are just too stuck up about body art.

I removed my piercings many years ago - piercings are fun, but not practical - that a differnt story all together :-)

no longer rather everyone likes tattoos, so I wont call you stupid for no longer finding them eye-catching. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, i'd advise determining what that's you come across unattractive approximately them. particularly than attempting to tell your gf to no longer get the tattoo, which she for sure needs, take a glance on line and attempt and locate tattoo designs you like. provide her some helpful enter. in case you could help her pick a layout which you like, or something significant to the the two certainly one of you, you're able to be stunned and locate that a tattoo can advance the organic great thing approximately a physique. As for the youngsters, no less than you have 18 years earlier they would be making judgements approximately their very own bodies and tattoos. And whilst it is composed of that factor, instruction manual them interior the proper path; to think of complicated approximately how they desire to modify their bodies and to understand that its a decision which will stay with them for existence. Tattoos would properly be artworks, they are actually not all rebellious drunken blunders.

Today, everything is different than when I was younger. Personally, I've never liked tattoos, I've always thought they were "dirty" for some reason. I guess because back in the day, those who had tattoos were low life dirt bags. We never thought of getting one. Today is so different though. They are colorful and designed so intricately. I see some, and have a change of thought. Perhaps I might have one done if I was a few years younger! My daughter has one across the back of her shoulders, and it is very beautiful. For me, they are not a turn on, but to others, they might be!

If they are good tatoos, like they BMX guys covered in tats, HOT. Gangbanger covered in home maded faded tats, NOT!
I have 3, but my finance' is not a huge fan of them. I do not regret them.
On a woman, I think that it depends. If she's professional, of course she's going to want it somewhere where not everyone can see it. I have 3 but people only really see 1 of them & half the time it goes unnoticed like the rest. It's on the inside of my left wrist.

The best suggestion I can give you is to talk to your tattoo artist. It isn't as easy as walking in and saying I want that to cover this up. The design has to fit and the new ink colors have to be darker than the ink you already have. Its time for you to schedule a consult with your tattoo artist.

For me as a person tattoos looks beautiful and turn on, I just love and kiss the tattoos especially the hidden body part of women where they are located! However, in the Islam it is Haram (forbidden) to have tattoos on men or women's body.
