My feet never used to be cold, but 2 years or so ago i was diagnosed with high blood pressure and the medication i take as certain side effects, cold feet being just one. Poor circulation is obviously the main cause, and women tend to have colder feet than men. Women lose around 10% body heat compared to men.

It's poor circulation. Try and make sure you get some exercise every day or so. Nicatinic Acid in tablet form is a vitamin B12 derivative and can also help.

could be chill blanes. The best way to cure this is pretty gross but it works a treat. Try peeing on them. I told you it was gross
