Hi there...the swollen belly could be indicative of worms http://placervillevet.com/feline%20intestinal%20parasites.htm which is very commonly seen in young outdoor kitties which will need to be dewormed by a vet. Her ears may have ear mites http://www.dr-dan.com/earmites.htm which also need to be also treated by a vet.
Please consider contacting a vet as she needs to be evaluated as well as treated for worms, mites and vaccinated as well as tested for feline leukemia. If you have any other cats be sure to quarantine her away from them to avoid passing feline diseases such as feline leukemia http://www.winnfelinehealth.org/health/FeLV.html , feline distemper http://www.starbreezes.com/11/fdistemper.html , etc.
Bowel movements may be stimulated by gently rubbing their bum with a moist cloth.

Since she is a stray and dumped off, her only means to survival was to eat whatever she could. Im gathering she has worms and ear mites both your vet can take care of as well as do an over all health exam and her 1st set of vaccination. If there is no stools in her litter in could be because she hasnt ate enough to produce any give it time or mention it to the vet when you take her in. Cats can get packed up however it is very rare for a kitten to.
Good luck and good thing this little girl found you and has a good home now. Enjoy her

Alot of kittens have "bloated" tummies when they are fed well. It could be nothing, or it could be serious like an intestinal blockage. Keep a close eye on her to see if she's going to the bathroom somewhere you can't see, sometimes they hide under the couch or in a quiet corner. The dried blood in the ear is probably from ear mites, I think you can get a treatment from a pet store but since you need to go to the vet anyway just get some there.

The kitten most likely wasn't taken care of properly. Most likely she has worms and ear mites, which is typical of kittens as well. It's great that you are taking her to the vet! They will most likely be able to figure out what is wrong and chances are if it is what I've mentioned, they will be able to treat the issues with no problems.
Until her appointment, take q-tips and gently clean out her ears if you can. Also make sure she drinks plenty of water and has a private place to use her litter box. Some kittens prefer small fine cat litter instead of the clay larger litter. Also make sure you get litter that has the least amount of dust!

This little dolly needs a trip to the vet for worming and a good look at her ears to see if she has mites.
Please don't attempt to treat these things yourself. She is too young to have over the counter medications which can be too strong and make her sick or even kill her. She also needs to be started on some basic kitten shots to keep her safe and healthy.

the stuff in the ears is ear mite poop..
her puffy belly is probably a sign of worms
she wont go to the bathroom becuase she could be constipated from switching foods suddenly...
she needs to go to a vet ASAP... but before that call your local SPCA or shelter to see if anyone reported her lost.. becuase if you keep her and she is lost then you could be charged with theft unless you report finding her..
anyhow the vet will deworm (dont buy dewormer from pet store they only kill 1 type of worm) and the vet will give you stuff for ear mites (DONT try cleaning the ears on your own as it could push the stuff deeper and cause infection or deafness) and the vet will vaccinate her...
make sure she is on KITTEN FOOD and gets NO MILK

Hi take your kitten to a vet as the ear problem sounds like ear mites & this can get really bad in cats & dogs as it fills the entire ear canal...the tummy is more than likely worms so you really need to see a vet...Regards Jake

When a responsible person aquires a new pet, their first stop should be the veterinarian. The vet can tell you exactly what's wrong. A cat that is not eliminating waste needs medical attention or it will die.

The mother cat usually will lick the kittens belly to help them empty their bladder. Try stroking the kittens belly the same. Your kitten needs help if this doesn't work take it to a vet.
