Don't pick or squeeze the pimple--no matter how tempting it might be. Leave it alone. You you should never touch your face unless your hands are just washed anyway. Every time you touch your face you spread all kinds of bacteria on it and it makes the acne that much worse.

When the next pimple shows ,do not hesitate to discuss it with parents ....somebody loves me ,i wonder who?

dont pick it and always wash your habds after touching your face as u will make it worse when touching your face again.
