Im on this diet, andi have an apple as a snack...If i eat an orange instead, is that wrong??

no its not wrong, i thought apples had more natural sugar... oranges are definitely more acidic though, good luck losing weight!

It really depends on which diet you are doing. Can you elaborate a bit more?

Oranges I believe have a higher natural sugar content than apples. But which diet are you following?

no nothing wrong with eating an orange, besides oranges has vitamin c which is good for you. Eat on.
