i m saffering that prob,i give u som sugestions, it helpful
Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.
Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse.
Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss.
Apply a mixture of Aloe Vera with herbal powder triphala to the hair for a period of three to six months. It will result in growth of new hair

I agree with what most of the people say. But my friend and i have the same problem and we havent had a baby were still to young dont get me wrong thou i know what im talking about im working on beeing a model so i know these things. It also has sumthing to do with stress the more stress the more your body reacts. Me and my friend fight alot for some reason but when were not fighting it doesnt do anything. So try handling your stress of having a new baby and just calm down. i luv ya!

You also might want to have your thyroid gland checked. Hair loss is a symptom, so is: fatigue, weak nails, memory loss, etc. Did you know that a yeast infection has the same symptoms as a thyroid gland problem too? Both of these are caused by an imbalance in your stomach and colon caused from stress, not eating right, etc. Both are curable though.

Having a baby, and breastfeeding for that matter, takes a lot out of your body (literally). You could be having secondary malnutrition. (when your body is using more than you're putting in) Make sure you're eating right and getting enough protien. Eating lots of Jello or taking gelatin supplement may help curb the problem, but simple nutrition will help more than anything.

Stress can do this. Having a baby is stress on the body and the mind. My hair did this when I was plannig my wedding. It did stop and it all grew back

i am not sure if it's something to do with having a baby.
but i think your hair isn't really healthy.
maybe you could cut it shorter and make it thinner?
it's easier to take care of it too.
i think long hair falls off alot easier as you know it's too long so the roots of the hair isn't as strong. if you want to keep your long hair maybe you can apply conditioner :)
hope it helps.

Yes that is normal. For some women, it doesn't stop until a year after the birth of their child.
