he is 31 years old and he is a diabetic. he has no trouble acheiving orgasm but actually c u m ing is a whole other story. if the mood is not just right and he is not 100% relaxed he won't c u m a drop. he says he still feels as much pleasure either way and right now the last thing on his mind is children. i already have one and we are happy with that. but i am young and he wants children of his own someday and i do want at least one more. so if we continue to be together will this affect our ability to have children? oh and i am not relying on this as a form of birth control. i use the pill and condoms.

and and another thing.. a few years ago he had his sperm count checked and he has a high count but a low volume. but alot can change in a few years.

Having diabetes in men can affect your sex life. I don't know if he would be interested in taking Levitra or anything like that to give him a boost. But he can still reproduce. But if you guys are content with your child then just focus on that, and then since he isn't worried about having another child yet than just put it on the back burner... It has to be somewhat mutual when you have a child. But when you feel the time is right to be baby making, then do what you need to do as far as tests and all of that is concerned. As long as you pleasure each other in the bedroom and his equipment works, then you're good to go!

Yes he can, however you need to look at the long term effect , is sex very important to you cause sooner or later diabetic men cant get it up, i knew a few and they said this hurt there marriage in later years .
