YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS! Its only the proper and courteous thing to do! most guys dont even think twice before going inside first! AUGH! Thats so tre annoying! Trust me, you can never go wrong with being a gentleman!

I was raised to behave as a gentleman and I always open doors or give up my seat . It's just in my childhood training but I believe the world would benefit of this sort of thing happened more often. Good manners is a way to show the people around you respect. Yes, open the door. :)

I'm from the south and it's not about women's lib here it's about respecting a woman as a lady, weather it's your mother, sister, aunt, grandma, or a complete stranger.
If my 6 & 8 year old sons can open a building or car door for me and say " ladies first" you can too!

As a woman, I like it when a man opens a door for me when we're walking together, but don't make a big show of it, because that's just irritating... and a little pathetic...

Depends on the woman. If she seems kinda old-fashon then yes always. If she's a modern women I don't think they care as much but still would on a date but not usually the car door..

Yes, when the time comes up. Be your own man and decide about these things, regardless of what people think. You could stand apart from others who are sloppy or lazy.
