It's the same cider in a different bottle. Magners in England, Bulmers in Eire. Although the names used to be the other way round until some marketing genius swapped them. He certainly earned his money because virtually everyone in London seems to drink the stuff, clearly forgetting that it is, after all, cider.

Neither is great. Bulmer's has always been a pretty downmarket brand and Magner's has been around for years without getting well known, until they went for massive advertising. Now kids think cider should be drunk out of pint glasses full of ice. Go for Gaymer's or, if you can get it, the excellent Sheppey's.

Everyone is right it is bt the same brewers but i find bulmers a bit sweeter than magners so it would have to be magners. I don`t know why that is it may just be me.

Try Taunton Dry Blackthorn Cider, If you are a fan of good Cider, that to me is one of the best of the British, of course the is nothing like a good glass of scrumpy or Knee knocker.
I see some one thinks that Bulmers came out of Ireland, I think you will find it came from Hereford, another apple county, yes N.Ireland has good Cider in Omaha another apple county. But most of Europe has very good cider or Most

They are both exactly the same. Magners is the brand name used in England, Bulmers is the brand name used in Ireland.
