she is really afraid of dying

If this is becoming an intense situation and I think it probably is because you are worried about her, you should talk to her about seeing the doctor. She can tell him what's going on and he'll know what to do for her. Possibly anti-anxiety medication or even seeing a therapist. And a good dose of prayer never hurt anybody.
I'll say one for her and you to know what to do.

Nothing is wrong with her, many people do this, not sure of the reasons why, I have had times in my life where I thought like that too, ,this feeling comes and goes. Don't worry

eh this is serious if it really true.U ppl shd inform her parents n c what they could do 4 her. I personally think she needs prayers. She maybe havin "mental disorder". sorry 4 usin these words but sth must be done fast.

Did somebody threaten to kill her, and she's scared that that person is going to kill her before she goes to bed? Try talking to her one on one and see what's up with her quickly!

This may be due to some fear or effect of some movies she watched. She needs to have faith in life and that she is perfect and nothing will happen to her.

She needs to go to her nearest Christian church for counselling, this is not normal. Fear is not from God it is from the devil. She needs to get a church alongside her to pray with her.
Has she been involved in witchcraft? ouji boards, fortune tellers etc ...? What did she get involved in during halloween?

she could be superstisious maybe she knows something is gonna go wrong or maybe she just wants attention maybe you should talk to her about it

my girlfriend thinks the same thing because thats how my mom died. its just something that some people have to get over.
