Peppers are a vegetable and good for you whether cooked or raw so it would count as long as you had a serving ( a handful at least or more) A good source of Vit. C. Raw veggies are always better than cooked You lose alot of the vitamins during the cooking process.

What are yall talking about man?! Raw vegetables are healthier than cooked ones! When vegetables are cooked, alotta important nutrients are taken away from them and the benefit of eating them is greatly reduced. I'm not saying don't cook your vegetables...they are healthy either way but dawg raw is much better.

Yes. If you eat the recommended portion. Raw or frozen vegetables are way better for you than canned (all of the vitamins are in the juice that you throw away.) I will not eat canned vegetables.
