I am planning on a gram o coke, and going the pub to do kareoke with my mate-i KNOW im stupid, so all you "DO GOODERS" out there, i know the risks, and i dont wanna hear it.

I need someone to tell me what is the best thing to do to recover from it for work at 9AM tomorrow morning?

force 2 pints of water down just before you go to sleep
when u wake up pure orange and 4 paracetamol
any do gooders dont tell me that 4 paracetomol is no good for our bodys cos if we were concerned about that we wouldnt be party animals when i go out largin it on the old devils p1ss and devils dandruff this routine works fine for me and will be my routine also cos im playin poker drinkin and sniffin tonight

Not putting stuff up my nose for starters.... I gotta study.

But you've got one option: Get physsssss-ical...!

Swim in the coldest river you can find for an hour... Go find some hedgehogs and play... Run a half-marathon... Eat a root of ginger and a cupla tabs of Milk Thistle... Borrow some Primrose Oil from your GF... Be nice to the vicar.... Live in hope.... Bulk up on caff.... haira the dog.... Resign from your job and join New Labour.

Don't go to sleep...mind you you won't have any probs on that front. 9am should just be enough time to get over the humiliation of karaoke. You'll be hungry...bacon sandwiches will be needed at some stage and loads of OJ. I'm going to be sitting watching the box or probing yahoo in depth...have fun!!!

Work at 5 o clock pm, then back at 10pm to do some college work following onto bed at 2/3am.

I hope your not driving, If you make it home. Take 2 asprins and a large glass of water. I'm going to a meeting, then to bed early.
