im doing my weight-training which required me to consume more carbs and proteins. But my problem is that the only protein sourse that i can afford is from fast foods(KFC,McDonald).
Why i took such foods as my main protein-supplier?
1. i dont have $$$ to buy a whole chicken.
2. i lived in hostel, which didnt allowed the students to cook.
3. there's no nearest wet market to my hostel.
4. i dont know how to cook.(-_-")*please dont laugh...
So, that's why i took fast foods especially the fried chicken wings as my protein sourse.
Any suggestion besides taking fast-fried foods as my main sourse of protein?
Dont ask me to take protein shakes!
It doesnt worked with me...
If i take eggs, how many should i take a day?

another thing, i have a very high metabolism rate, which makes me feel hungry every 3 hour after i took my meal(heavy meal). So, i dont have problems to burn the calories coz my body wont let that extra calories to stay more than 3 hours in my body(-_-"),which caused me to not gaining weight.
Another thing, should i tone up my muscles first b4 i move to another level, bulk up or vise versa?

If you can't afford protein, eat ANYthing besides fast food...Its never healthy to eat that crap....Its not a significant source of anything except garbage...Ask any doctor and they will tell you to avoid it as much as possible. You can find carbs in much more healthy foods...
You should eat egg whites...lots of egg whites. Eggs are cheap and a great source of protein, however, the yolk is nothing but cholesterol so you should avoid eating that. Also you need to boil the egg before you eat the white. Chicken is not that expensive. I can buy 6 drums for less than $3. It will cost you more to buy 6 drums at kfc. Peanut butter is a great source of protein as well, it is also high in calories which is great for working out because you need the energy. Fish is another source of protein, howver more expensive then chicken. They also have protein bars. Protein shakes should work for you fine. I dont know why you saythey don't. Buy 100% whey protein if you can afford it. It is the best. If you can't afford 100% don't get anything else. Just stick to chicken, egg whites and peanut butter.
Sometimes I also buy a can of tuna fish and mix it with ramen noodles (NO SEASONING!) The noodles are great carbs and I balance it with the protein from the tuna. Very cheap.
For you it doesn't matter too much with protein because you're probably not in intense training. You can afford to eat things low in protein. Stick to foods very high in calories but low in fat calories. Eat foods high in protein when possible tho for you its probably more efficient to make sure you eat high calories....eat a lot every day, eat tons....but remember high calories, low fat calories when possible. Your body needs calories when you work out more than it does protein because calories are the energy your body uses. A good amount of protein can be found in your foods if you make sure to eat a lot. Vitiamins and minerals for weight training are not necessary. Extra protein supplements aren't all that necessary either. Just eat a lot. You will find protein in what you eat.

That's the time to load up on carbs-After Exercise
A sweaty workout depletes the stores of fuel (called glyeogen) in your muscles. So replenish them by chugging some OJ or eating half a bagel. And do it quickly: studies show your body makes new glyeogen most readily in the 15 minutes after exercising. if you miss that window, you might not be as strong for your next workout. To get an extra glycogen boost, throw in some protein, too-like peanut butter on crackers, or a few slices of turkey on wheat bread. protein also helps repair and build your muscles after strength training. No snacks available ? At least drink plenty of water or a sports drink to replace what you sweat out : from "Health September 2006"

Seriously, for the price of a Big Mac meal you can get a whole roasted chicken at the grocery store. Or you can get a package of pepperonis, but unprocessed meats are better. You can now get pre-cooked eggs, too. Eggs are a great food! Canned tuna, salmon and sardines don't cost much.
Why would you want to do something unhealthy for your body after making the effort to work out?

"Just how much would you bench?" If you is likely to be rich just get getting a dollar for each time somebody requested you that! Use this program https://tr.im/T3oWw in order to impress them.
Just how much can you benchis turned therefore important and for this reason folks are constantly seeking to boost their bench. Nothing thinks as effective as adding still another menu to the club when it's your change to utilize the benchin your gym.
The Critical Bench program can help you boost your benchwith the 5x5 technique. 5x5 process means that you will do exactly the same weight for 5 repetitions of 5 sets. You want to look for a fat that'll weakness you by the last repetition of the past set. This sort of education places great deal of stress on your muscles and they have nothing otherwise to do but react and become stronger.

It is good to hv some workouts but seriously fast food is absolutely NOT a protein source that you should head for.Honestly, fast food like(fried chicken wing) is some deep fried stuff which u should avoid.Fast food will only bring the effect opposite than what u desired.u will not only cant increase ur protein intake, worst,it helps u to put on weight.....furthermore,taking fast food will affect ur health and not going to help u at all.On the other hand,i am not quite sure wat kind of diet u should consume.perhaps u can search 4 some expert consultations.Let me assure u that........fast food is seriously not in ur list

hi there, i guess after work out you eat fruits and vegies salad first. protein after. see when u are there doing ur routine, ur body is sweating and ur losing water. i guess if u dont hav choice and cant cook in the hostel, then u can hav that chiken, but remove the skin, better get the breast part, its more meat and less fat. u want to gain weight, more muscle mass but not fat rt? and eggs, i heard the chef in a tv show said, its safe to eat 8 eggs a week. better check with ur trainor, they know more re what right food to eat at this stage of ur training. and another good source of protein is tuna, there are those sold in cans, like tuna in brine etc.

I'm not going to get into much detail..
Obviously you know fast food isn't particularly healthy for you...but it is best to exercise before you eat...so you're doing that right...
Also its recommended that you eat 6 small meals a day...

It would be cheaper to buy a whole cooked chicken in the supermarket than eat at kfc. Then eat it wherever
You can download recipes on the web and anyone can cook using a recipe.
If using eggs, I think you take 6 - 8 in the morning

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each mouthful.
