I've a 16 turning 17-year old neice who really needs to be tall, as she's only 5ft tall. She has been trying to do sports, eating balanced meals everyday and trying her best just to grow taller. Her dream height is 6ft tall at least. Please help, thanks.

But when u're short, dont u feel that u're out of place, being looked down by people, being teased at, and not being able to feel proud? She is just a normal teen who is still trying to find herself, but wat matters to her most is her height. She thinks that shes stop growing. She wants to be able to feel proud and satisfied in her life.

I don't know why it is so imperative for her to grow to be 6 foot tall unless she is planning on being a professional athlete that requires that height. There is of course genetics that determines height, but there are also a couple of "outside" influences that can control height. HGH or human growth hormone will expand the exoskeleton thus increasing height. At her age, because she is still growing it is possible for her to gain that 12 inches. REALIZE that true HGH is pulled from cadavors and can run an easy 2-4 thousand dollars a cycle. You can also try that good old reliable.....MILK...builds strong bones.

Well...I know that males don't stop; growing until they're 25...and that for both males and females the brain isn't fully developed until you're 25...so perhaps she can grow until she is 25...
I am 5'2 3/4...when I was younger I wanted so badly to be taller...and as soon as I was permitted I practically lived in 4 - 5 inch platforms...every where I go I'm the shortest...and sometimes I feel like people don't give me the same respect as a taller person...because they think I look young and I'm short I must be a child...and so many girls I meet wish they had my height for they feel inadequate..but it doesnt really matter what height you are...and silly to have a dream of some superficial quality that you don't have.
Its not likely that she will grow to be 6 ft tall but height doesn't really matter...they're are countless extraordinary athletes that are small in stature but I'll mention Allen Iverson b/c he is untouchable...if her character is 6ft tall then she'll live like she was 6 ft tall...

Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL2KV , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

Sorry to say this, but your diet does not control your height, it's genetics. If you have tall members in your family that may be a good indication that you will be tall but is not a guarantee. Eating a balanced meal will help keep you healthy and not limit your growth but will not improve your chanced to get taller. and no hanging upside down will not help either. Good Luck!

i don't understand why you wish to be taller than what you are. you are you and thats good enough theres nothing out here in the world that is going to make you any taller its based on your gene history i'm short i stopped growing at age 16 i'm only 5'3 and im now 31 yrs. old. i was in basketball(recieved varsity letter) i was in cheerleading and also track and won many awards in track your height has no impact on what sports your involved in. trust me being short is fun and lots of people love us short people don't let it get you down it's who you are. but again there's nothing out here that will make you any taller.

I don't think she'll reach 6 feet even if she can find something to help her grow a bit more. Some things are just out of a person's control.

You need to tell her that she is in too much of a hurry to grow up. She needs to be patiant and just let herself grow up.
