It is possible to feel love for as many people as you wish, the only problem is the way society looks down upon anyone who does not fit into this monogamous stereo type that all must somehow adhere to. I think that as long as there is no deceit going on and all are aware of the situation, then who's to worry or who can say what is right and what is wrong. Hope this helps in some way???

It's not possible to honestly truely be in love with two people and the reason I believe why is this.. true love is unconditional and complete. When you love another it's about giving not receiving. If you are sharing your time between two people, you can NEVER be completely & unconditionally available for either of them nor can you give yourself totally.
I think you can definately dig them both a WHOLE lot but love is a word that gets thrown around pretty easily. There's nothing wrong with enjoying two people equally or enjoying the attention that you get from both of them but I don't think you can REALLY truely be in love with both people. You get back what you give of yourself in love. You will never have complete love in return by giving only half of yourself out. But hey... enjoy the feelings you have for them both. They are still wonderful feelings and you can be in a very strong relationship with both but it will never be complete with either one when only half of you is there.

It's probably more like lust . . . which almost always comes before love, because hey, you gotta start somewhere! The problems begin when you act on those feelings with both, before you've figured out which . . . if either . . . is really true love. And how do you know when it is true love? That's life's great mystery . . . and why you asked the question. Only you can figure it out . . . maybe. Etc. All of which probably doesn't help much, does it.

No - its not! True love comes but once in a lifetime - I know it sounds cliche but its the truth. You can love many people for different reason, family and friends. You might love them both but it doesn't mean you are IN LOVE WITH BOTH! Think of it this way, how would you feel if you couldn't see one of them anymore, would you miss them terribly or would you be fine; do you think about them or one of them all the time, who is the first one you call when something major happens in your life, what do you feel when they touch your hand or look into your eyes. Think about it!
God Bless!

Yes, and I have had that problem. The thing is you will have to choose between them. The sooner you choose the better. I could never make up my mind and both guys got really upset. Eventually, I ran them both off because they could not stand the constant competition with each other.
Even if they don't know about each other they do sense something is off with the relationship. You are also tearing yourself apart.

Yes, it is definitely possible. A lot of people tend to have hangups over past loves from years past, so it's not surprising at all.

You may feel you are because you can't distinguish love from other feelings like attraction, lust, or a confidence or friendship you find in one and not the other. you may also place your own feelings above others and can't surrender your whole self to another person

What most people call "being in love" is really very strong sexual attraction. Can you be sexually attracted to more than one person at a time? Why not?
