I made a meatloaf last night and the family gulped it up. I added an egg, and a package of lipton onion soup (dry) mix it up bake for an hour, when done, put a few slices of cheese on top and let melt. Serve with mashed potatoes, or macaroni and cheese with a vegetable on the side. EAsy hardly a mess to clean.

I have to ask what's wrong with mushrooms ?are You allergic to them?
How about Chinese Green Soup?
here's how I make it
Bamboo shoots! Chinese Green Cabbage cut into small chunks, Baby Corn cobs, a few drops of cooking oil (olive oil best), a wee bit of Vanilla, Soya Sauce and whatever other green vegetables I have in fridge! boil it all together in pot of water. Serve with a small bowl of
steamed rice! Note Chinese Green Soup has lots of chunks in it when made properly!
I sometimes add Mushrooms to that but you don't have to do that!
