Did you forget to teach your child about sex. I started when my boy were 8 and 7 with my daughter.
It is never too early to discuss sex especially in light of how 'fast" kids are growing up.
What the hell was you 13 year old doing having sex in the first place? It is irresponsible of YOU. How did you not know what he was doing? Or did you think it was MACHO.
Have fun supporting that child until your son is old enough to be held financially responsible. (He can't even get working papers until he is 14)
You my friend, allowed your son to now look forward to a very steep uphill battle.

ya you have control of your kids. way to go dad. why don't you just buy him a car and his own home will your at it.what do you think is going to happen? she is going to have the baby and realize how hard it is to raise a kid ,trust me i know i have10.but lucky for me i own my own buss so i can take care of them.but when she see how hard it is she wont want the kid, then it will get put into a foster home and his or her life will be ruined.or mom will be on welfare and me and the rest of the world will end up paying for the kid because mom is 17 and daddy is13 and cant get a job because of his age so the state will end up picking up the bill and the people will end up paying for your sons baby.now don't you feel like a real winner dad!

Yes it is legal...its not the best thing in the world but it is legal. At least the Girlfriend isn't 18 yet, but its still creepy...
They need to realize what they have done and how serious the matter is of raising a child, so let them have it. Let them realize what it is like being up all night with a screaming child. Observe to make sure the baby is taken care of properly, but don't do it for them. Best punishment of all ^_^

Situations such as this happen everyday. It is already done. What you can do is start preparing for when reality hits.Send him to parenting classes. Kids don't understand how hard it really is. Unfortunately, it is usually the grandparents who end up taking over much of the responsibility.Maybe talk about other options such as adoption. You can't change the situation, you have to accept it.

Yes, it is legal for him but because of his age the parents will have to pay all child support. I feel sorry for you if only the girl was 1 year older you could have put her in jail for years! Good luck to you

Yes, it's legal. He's the father and can now look forward to paying child support for the next 18 years.
You didn't do your job "dad" and that's too bad for the baby.

I think you could bring charges against her, but they won't help now. I can't even imagine what is going on in their heads, how do her parents feel? I really do not think teens realize what taking care of a baby involves...

You, my friend, should and talk things over with your parents. "but they look good because my son is tall..." is a give-away that you are not an adult yourself.
