Lots of cruise lines offer balconies. Check this site, they seem to know a lot about cruising. You can contact them for answers: http://www.cruisevacationsguide.com/ We haven't had too much experience with cruising except for adventure cruising, but we'd trust them.

you can use Yahoo! travel (travel.yahoo.com) or the big cruise lines' own websites. The best lines would be Royal Caribbean and Carnival.
