Use mr clean magic eraser. it has a tendancy to sometimes leave a light streaky residue- which i would imagine for this app. but it will easily wipe clean with window cleaner.
either way get these sponges - takes crayon off of walls like you would not beleive - superb for counters stain, black scuff marks - many uses.

dont use anything that contains a hard surficant like toothpaste on your tv. it will scratch the surface and leave smears permanantly you should try getting some soft cloth wipes for flat screen pcs its the same as your tv. you can get them from computer shops. they are the best.

i am sure you can get special wipes for your plasma i wouldnt try anything else unless your 100% sure.
