Sugar,
Try "Keigle" (spelling I think) exercises ...they will help him and should make things alittle better for you too ...... tightening the same muscles you use to stop the flow or urine .... will give you better muscle control to tighten up and relax while he's doing the driving ....... I think you'll both enjoy the road trip .....

Simple, just rock back n forth on ya knees, or if standing then bob up and down, whatever feels nicest for yourself. Or if your lazy - do nothing!
