Don't try to diagnose yourself, you need to see a psychiatric doctor to get some help. They can diagnose you properly as well.

You do seem to have a lot of the symptoms. If you don't currently have a therapist, it might be a good idea to go to one to be evaluated. BPD makes life very chaotic and difficult, but getting a diagnosis and support can help a lot. I have it and co-moderate a support group on yahoogroups for bipolar/bpd, as they often occur together (they share a lot of similar traits.)

Yep, it sounds like BPD to me. See a therapist. There is help but it will not happen overnight. Lots of therapy and find a therapist who specializes in the disorder.

No. Lack of God in your life. Read your Bible. When you start feeling the rage coming on, pick up your Bible, preferably New King James Version, and start in the New Testament. It helps us know how to live and handle life. Old Testament is about history. Also, you may want to go to the health food store and get St. John's Wort. It's a natural relief for depression and anxiety. So is WATER. You may have a build up of toxins in your system that are working against you in many ways. Drink lots of water to wash them through. LOTS OF WATER like 4-8 20 oz. glasses a day.

If you had a label wrapped around your neck that says "I'm BPD, stay clear of me!" what would that do for you? Are you here asking the audience to vote whether you are/not a BPD, or are you trying to hear yourself a little 'louder' by relating your symptoms here?

I'm sorry I have no answers for you but more questions for your question... maybe you might find some answers from my questions ...

we all have more than 1 personality, that is what makes us who we are, the key is the control them and use them when you need too. I my self have 4, i have named them and call on the one to help me in time of need that fits the problem. 1st take a day or some hours and write down the emotions that you feel and give them names, like Mea' is my sexual personality she helps my sex life when i want to be freaky, Meme is the bltch that would fight anybody anywhere, she helps me when i feel like I'm in the wrong place and feel threaten, Do you understand what I'm saying? I also have one that helps me make the right choses with my life.

Being depress is normal, just as long and your stronger personality can get you out of the slump, and work through what ever it is that is making you feel bad that day..

Remember everyday that you wake is a PRESENT from GOD
and you have a purpose and you will find it, take your time and slow down, make a list of the things you want to do or need to do and ask yourself what is stopping ME and now on else from doing these things.. Than work on 1 at a time..SLOW DOWN life is good..

I have been through the worst and came out pretty good.
I got help seeing that all of these thoughts are just made up in my head from all of the experiences that we have gone through in our lives....
“He who has conquered doubt and fear has conquered failure.” - As A Man Thinketh

I have come to believe that the greatest diseases of mankind are doubt and fear. That is not to lessen the seriousness of some of our other afflictions, but doubt and fear rob more people of more life than all the other diseases of the world put together.

Why do I think they are diseases? Well they are acquired, we were not born with them. They are communicable - much of the time, they are passed from one person to the next. But clearer is the Merriam-Webster dictionary which says a disease is "a condition of the living animal...that impairs normal functioning." Sounds like fear and doubt to me.

Doubt keeps us from going for the promotion that we certainly would have gotten had we gone for it; from asking for the big order that the next person got because they asked; from making positive and long lasting changes in our life because they "rock the boat."

Fear causes us to make weak and irrational decisions that sell out our future for the sake of today. It takes our happiness, our sleep, our very life.

In her outstanding book, Conquer Fear!, Lisa Jimenez lists "The Seven Truths" that can help us overcome fear:

”Truth #1
Fear is the dominant problem in your life today.

Truth #2

Fear is a gift that was instilled in you as a means of protection and a way to bring you closer to God.

Truth #3

When you run from or deny your fear, you leave the gift unopened.

Truth #4
When your fear of success or fear of failure is exposed, you break through their control over you.

Truth #5

Your belief system is the driving force behind your behaviors and your results.

Truth #6

Your everyday habits are broadcasting your belief system, your fear, and your unmet needs loud and clear.

Truth #7
Change your beliefs and you change your behaviors.
Change your behaviors and you change your results.
Change your results and you change your life.”

And that is worth thinking about.

good luck my friend and everything will be fine!

Sounds a little more than a personality disorder. I am probably gonna sound like everyone else but you should start with your M.D. and let him/her recommend where to go from there. Speaking from experience, I can almost completely relate. It totally sucks!

It's quite possible you do have borderline going by your symptoms, definitely coupled with depression...are you perhaps bipolar as well? Your best (and safest bet) is to see your physician, describe your symptoms and get a referral for a psychiatrist.

Clinical Depression will not go away on its own...you need professional help right away. I'm glad that you recognize the symptoms. You are on the right path to healing.
