No,
One of the questions on the form in the other state is "Have you had a suspended license in another state in the last X years".
You could lie, but they will likely find out and you will be guilty of falsifying records a misdemeanor.
Besides, even if you were to get a license from another state (by falsely claiming residence other than GA) your name will come up as suspended if you get stopped in GA, and if you reside there you will get another ticket for falsifying information.
Suck it up. Get a probabtionary license. (Most states will give you a conditional license to be used one to go to work and school)Pay more attention to your driving and stop speeding. After you license becomes un-suspended, continue this correct driving behavior or it will start getting expensive for you.

No, and no. When your license was revoked in GA it went onto the computer, and any state that you go to and try to get a license will be aware of that. Also, you can't even apply for a license in a state unless you are a resident of that state. Do whatever it takes to set aside the revocation in GA and be legal.

Hi, Brad.
The States talk to each other.
The whole purpose of revoking your license was, for whatever reason, to keep you off the roads. What good would it do if Alabama said, "Sure, here ya go,", and you were back circling Atlanta by lunchtime?
The fact that you are curious about how to circumvent the law gives me a clue as to why your license was suspended in the first place.
Nevertheless, I hope that you can fix whatever the problem was, and that your license will eventually be restored. Good luck.

No.
Another state will run your driver's record report by your social security number and will find that you have a revoked license in GA. They won't issue you one.
If you did, by some fluke, manage to get a license from another state, it would still be illegal to drive in GA.
You need to find out what steps to take in GA to get it reinstated.
Start by calling the license office and speaking with a supervisor there. Ask about what steps to take to reinstate and you might also look into getting a hardship license to drive to and from work.
You might have to get a lawyer and go to court, but try to take care of it yourself first.
Good luck to you.
