WD40 on a soft cotton cloth.

It won't damage the screen. Then just clean as normal.

the front of a plasma screen is just plain glass...it's actually two pieces of glass sealed together. the mr clean magic eraser will work, however, if you want to spray a little windex on the screen and wipe it with a soft cloth, you should be able to remove the crayon.
