Always see that your diet is healthy before you even start revising for exams! While revising, keep your energy levels adequate by taking two hourly breaks. During your break, munch on nuts (THE brainfood) and dried fruit. This will keep you going for a good period of time. While studying also drink plenty of water, this will prevent headaches. Then decide how long you want to study, decide on a subject and divide your work into manageable units. I won't go into studying methods, you probably have your own, but see that you KNOW and UNDERSTAND each unit before moving on. When taking a break listen to classical music. May not be your choice of entertainment, but it works wonders for the brain, even while you are studying, play soft, peaceful pieces of music, if it doesn't distract you. Well, that's about it, except that your brain is more alert during the morning and then from about 3:30 pm. Always see that get to bed early and if you have trouble sleeping, recite the facts in your head!!! Good luck!

well u know what
u r worrying abut Ur exams
yes brother u should be cool enough so that Ur mind and body will be relaxed
be cool enough so that nothing worries u
the better way for Ur revision is just a deep glance(if Ur well covered in Ur studies ) and the deep glance is more than enough so that u can able to see the page in front of Ur eyes before examination
dont Even think of revising on the spot before exam that may ruin
ur mental relaxation and dont Even worry abut Ur exam
all the best
