For me it is Rio De Janeiro, its one of the most beautiful views I ever saw from the top of Corcovardo mountain under the feet of "Christ The Redeemer" the second most beautiful view I ever had.The first was from the Top of the twin towers in New York City way back in the early 1980s, out aross the harbour to Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn bridge, across to New Jersey, upstate New YorK and Central park, what a view that was! Just fab.

The World's Most Livable Cities is an informal name given to any list of cities as they rank on a reputable annual survey of living conditions. The two best-known are the Mercer Quality of Living Survey and the Economist's Worlds Most Livable Cities.
The Economist Intelligence Unit's livability survey report said Canada, "with low crime, little threat from instability or terrorism and a highly developed infrastructure," is the most livable destination in the world, and tied for first place with Melbourne, Australia. Australia's other major cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth) all claimed positions well inside the top 10 - Perth in 4th place, and Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide tied for 6th place, strengthening the idea that Australia is a desirable destination.
Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea, with its high level of violent crime, was rated the worst city in the world to call home.
