Can any 1 please tell me cold water comnes out of my taps i have 2 have abath wiv cold water and do i make it hot please help me thanks

Your hot water heater is not working, that is obvious. This is where you need to go look to see what is going on, and without knowing the exact situation or set-up it is impossible to say from here exactly what the problem is.
