working out helps.. also, it will get your daily exercise out of the way.. or take a really hot shower and turn your favorite song or CD on really loud and sing away. That works best for me. After all the singing and the heat from the water, i'm very relaxed.. then have a nice hot cup of tea ^_^

I think it really depends on where your stress is coming from. Relationship problems? Family problems? Job problems? You have to deal with the different sources of stress in a different manner. For me, my old job used to create a lot of stress for me. So I changed jobs. That was easy. But if it's something more complicated than that, it might be more work. A simple solution for dealing with stress is find a hobby you like. Mine include watching TV and video games. Yeah, I'm kinda lazy.

Just breath...sit alone, quiet and look at each problem that you may have without anyone else hindering you, pushing you or just interfering. Think deep inside yourself what you think the answers are, your a special person. How would you help others, how would you help your friends or family....if you know how you could help them in times of stress...then you can help yourself...one step at a time...breath, and believe in you...take care....

treat yourself to a day at the spa.... turn off the cell phone, leave the ipod at home, go and relax. take someone with you, if you'll be more comfortable.
if you don't want to spend the $$ for that, head for the beach, or the lake, or the mountains... whatever. same rules - no phone, no ipod...

just take a deep breath and maybe pray. some stuff we can't do anything about. just let it run it's course. GOD doesn't put more on you than you can bare. get some good rest, exercise or something to take your mind off of things

This might sound strange..i dunno.....i het out a notepad and start writing..how im feeling and about all the stuff thats bugging me...write down anything you want, it doesn't matter if you sound whiney or pissy or anything....I jes keep writing till ive vented it all....sometimes i just immerse myself im music for awhile, if im mad, i walk till im tired. most of the time i dont know im stressed,,one of my friends or my hubby lets me know,,but if i want perking up i go clubbing and jig it off.works for me. i used to use a punching bag to box with too,,that may work for you,,it did me.
