Depending on the branch of christianity, the answers will differ slightly. I'm answering from a Roman Catholic POV.

How can you be a monotheist yet believe in a trinity?
The Trinity is one God, three ways of viewing. LIke a three-leaf clover. Three leaves, but it's all part of the same clover. God is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Another example is the human body. You have lungs, a heart and a mind, right? All sepperate, but they are all part of the same body. You really can't live without them.

How can you exempt of sin by someone else's death?
Sacrificial lamb. When Jesus died, he took all our sins, past, present and future. That doesn't mean that I can just go out and sin, that's a slap in the face. But it does meant that I have a better chance of heaven when I die. Before Jesus, everyone kinda went to hell. THere is a story (and I can't remember where, I read it in a book of Jewish legends of all things) about the three days that Jesus was dead. He went to hell and freed Moses and the prophets. That is what he does for us, his death keeps us from hell (unless we're like serial killers or something like that)

Why must we believe that during church services, that we actually eat true flesh and drink true blood of a man who has been dead for almost 2000 years?
Physically, it's still a wafer and wine. Spiritually, it's the body and blood of christ. Even if you looked at it from a molecular level, it's wafer and wine. But it is the food of the soul for us.

Not ALL Christians accept the man-made interpretations of
Christ, that many have.
The Trinity is based on the truth that ALL things are made of
spirit, and therefore ONE. I personally don't accept that
Jesus is God. For He said Himself many times that His
Father was still in Heaven, while He was on Earth.
The spirit that lived as Jesus Christ was the Morning Star. The Highest order of Life created by God. The Book says He
died the way He did because that's how things were done on the Earth.
Think of all the creatures of Earth that have died violent,
bloody deaths. This created real negative spiritual energies that
were closing the doors to Spirit. Jesus purged our world of those
negatve energies and reopened the doors to Spirit for us.
Christ said that when He spoke of the Flesh and Blood, He was
talking Spirit and Life. We don't actually eat His physical flesh
and drink His physical blood like ghouls. The act is more
than just symbolic however. We have spiritual defenses, and the act of taking Communion actually lowers our spiritual defenses
so the Holy Spirit can enter in and do it's work of healing
and unifying the body of Christ.
Christ is not a person or religion. It is the unifying of our
Creators own body. Of which all our spirits are a spark of the
LIGHT that God/Allah is.
"As the body has many members, and those members being many, are one body. So is CHRIST!"

Well the eating of a wafer and drinking grape juice in a Catholic mass is supposed to be symbolic of the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ.Actually to eat human flesh and to drink blood of whoever is an abomination to God.It is blaspheme. The doctrine of the Catholics is much different than other Christian denominations.I don't even think Catholics believe Jesus is the risen savior.
Okay, about the trinity. Before Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven,he told his apostles, when you baptize someone, you do it in the name of the father(God),the son(Jesus),and the holy spirit(resurrected Jesus).Jesus made it clear that if you have seen him, then you have seen the father(God).
As far as benefiting from someones death.Jesus was the perfect sacrifice to end all sacrifice. His death and resurrection ushered in Christianity.
It was supposed to be just a regular routine execution.Everyone thought Jesus was just a regular man walking around talking parables. But,three days later, praise the lord, the stone was rolled away and Jesus defeated death, hell, and the grave. He bought and paid for our sins by shedding his blood on the cross. His sacrifice for us defeated the devil.
Peace be unto you.

Hi there, I will try to answer your questions in order, which by the way are good questions.
1. there is one God,but in that Godhead there are 3 distinct persons,Father,Son and Holy Spirit, it is the mystery of God how this can be,St.Patrick tried to explain this mystery once by using a three-leafed clover(shamrock) to show one plant yet 3 distinct leaves.
2. the first sin was that of pride and arrogance and the offense to God was so great that it could not be repaired by just saying sorry.
this offence would only be rectified by one higher than man or angel,i.e God Himself,so in His incredible mercy the second person of the Blessed Trinity took it upon Himself to do this, and so by becoming man like us in every way but sin, and also retaining His divinity ,His death was deemed infinitely, acceptable for our sin and the punishment due for it.
let me put it like this,if someone dilebrately took the life of your only love, and later sincerly repented, even if you forgave the sin,the murderer would be unable to make good the offense i.e give you back that which he took away,Jesus however was more than able to do this as God/man.
3. read what Jesus Himself said about this in the Gospels, but the Eucharist is the summation of the sacrifice of Jesus, and although so difficult to comprehend for us,Jesus never made empty boasts or told an untruth, again just as only God could have made the impossible a reality to save us,so too only He could make such a claim be a reality.
of course this is a faith concept, you have to come out of the head and into the heart to live with this incredible truth, what the eye cant see the heart believes, and this is real honest faith.
there are a few interesting incidence`s where the Eucharistic host
or wafer was revealed to unbelieving people and Priests, you should type miracle of lanciano,or miracles of the Eucharist into your search bar and see what is said about this.
any way I have tried my best to help with these questions but when all is said and done remember this adage,
for those with faith no explanation is nesscesary, for those without faith none will suffice.
good luck.

To answer your first question, God is all of these things: the Father, the Spirit, and the Son. His greatness is just taking on different forms, which isn't too great of a feat for Him. Secondly, we aren't exempt of sin. We have a sinful nature, so we can never be exempt. We are saved if we believe that Christ died for our sins. God tells us that the wage for sin is death. And because He loved us so much and didn't want to destroy all of humanity, He sent His son to die in our place. And by Jesus' righteousness, His death saved us all. And finally, only Catholics believe that they are actually eating the true flesh and blood of Christ. Non-denominationals believe that the bread and wine REPRESENT Christ's flesh and blood, sealing the New Covenant.

How can you be a monotheist yet believe in a trinity?

It always amuses me when someone tries to explain the trinity they always say "its a mystery dont try to figure it out" or "its like this or that (3 leaf clover)" but can never show one single verse to back it up. COME ON PEOPLE FACE IT! IT'S NOT IN THE BOOK! Jeez.

How can you exempt of sin by someone else's death?

You cant. Read Micah 6:6-7 and answer each question as you read it. "With what shall I come to the LORD and bow myself before the God on high? Shall I come to Him with burnt offerings, With yearling calves? Does the LORD take delight in thousands of rams, In ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I present my firstborn for my rebellious acts, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?" The answers here are obviously NO so this proves God does not desire the death of his son to atone for sin.

Why must we believe that during church services, that we actually eat true flesh and drink true blood of a man who has been dead for almost 2000 years?

This one is just too whacked out to try and answer. Suffice it to say that eating human remains would not have been kosher for a Jew following Jesus lol.

How can you be a monotheist yet believe in a trinity?
The trinity is three sectors of one being.

How can you exempt of sin by someone Else death?
Because that was His reason for coming to Earth- sinless, blameless- perfect - He came to Earth to take sin to the grave- so that all we have to do is ask Him into our lives, believe in our hearts and confess with our mouths. For more information on being saved, ask How can I be saved from sin and live in eternal joy with God?

Why must we believe that during church services, that we actually eat true flesh and drink true blood of a man who has been dead for almost 2000 years?
It is symbolic. The bread is symbolic of His flesh, being handed over to Sin and torn apart for humanity. The (wine, grape-juice, whatever used in communion) is symbolic for the blood that He shed that washed away sin. It is not literally that we eat flesh and blood, it is symbolic of Him giving Himself up for us. He said that every time we do that (communion) to do so in remembrance of Him.

I don't really believe in the trinity - there is no back up for it in the Bible. I believe in one God, three forms (so far).

I don't believe that Jesus' death means I am exempt from sin - I believe it gave me the chance to have remission for my sins. I still have to be sorry before I am forgiven - it isn't automatic.

And the third question, I don't believe in the literal changing of wine and bread into blood and body (transansubstiation). I believe it is a symbol to help us remember. Only Catholics believe in transansubstiation, and only a few of them, at that.

Most of those are Catholic beliefs, not Christian.

I'm Christian, and I don't believe in the Trinity. The early Church condemned the trinitarian doctrine. Jesus is God, and the Father is God. And there are many other sons of God about to be born.

I... don't exempt sin. Sin has a consequence -- death. Jesus Christ died for us. His death can be substituted for all of ours because we are his creation, he is responsible for his belongings.

The bread and wine of Passover are SYMBOLS of Christ's flesh and blood, not literal.
