i dont have any one 2 support me i am alone i was n alcoholic but now i am sober but i am suffering from deperssion i want 2 know how can i help myself without anyone help accepet pils

try to think one of the following:
1) I am everything. No one is greater than me.
OR
2) I am nothing. Whatever happens it them happen in it's own way. I am not going to worry abt them. There is some One (unknown to you) takes of these.

If u feel one of the above there won't be any depression. U become lighter. All u see is just peace.

Your depression is occurring for two reasons. 1. You are alone, that right there is very difficult and lonely and depressing. 2. You drank which is a depressant. Add the two and there you are.
I would recommend , if you can, go see a doctor, he/she can and will help you. There are tons and tons of antidepressant pills you can try and see what will or will not work for you. I myself, tried zoloft, which I turned into a zombie, puked and was miserable. He switched me to Lexapro and after almost 4 weeks I am coming around. Please seek help quickly. If you don't have health insurance, there are plenty of agencies that are "non profit" that can help you that people donate money too for causes such as this. To help the people who need it.
Once again, seek professional help, that is why they are paid

If u want to cope up with depression then just analyse your thoughts and recognise ur negative thoughts. Once ther negative thoughts we recognized thn convince urself by telling that they are coming because ur having depression and then think what can u do to convert thse negative thoughts to positive and think the bed is for the dying and life is for the living and realise that what ever u dont want is ur responsibility so get up and enjoy life to the fullest

ok whenever you get a depression attack totally divert your mind to different things like t.v or video games or immediatly get out of the home and take a walk in the park you gotta fight your mind whenever depressent thoughts start to come in your mind totally ignore it and keep on diverting your mind to other stuff and than you will see that those thoughts arent poping up anymore..other way is wake up early in the morning and take a walk in the park and you can also do meditation and yoga...other way is whenever you get a depression attack sit back in your sofa and than close your eyes than what you gotta think is,,that there is a peacefull place where there is no one and you can see mountains everywhere and snow is falling everywhere its a peacefull atmosphere everywhere when you gonna do all these stuff your depression definately gonna be in control..

A good over the counter herbal medicine is St. John's Wort. Other than that, I say get out of your flat/house, go out for walks, and look at the beauty that surrounds you, look at the different types of people, smell the fresh air.....most of all, just get out, don't stay cooped up all the time.

when u are depressed, u sit up, close your eyes & take deep breath.think about something that u really enjoy or your most beautiful moments of your life.then open your eyes slowly & try to look at the world in different way. A positive one!!!!!!!! it might help. well, i am just trying to help...
