In general, yes...but there are guys who give off the vibe that they are flirting with everyone - but it's just how they are (nothing malicious intended, it's just part of their personality). Then there are some who flirt without even knowing it.
For instance, I don't think I even know how to flirt, but all my female friends claim that I flirt with every girl I talk to when we all go out.

Yes but not actually some flirt for fun and some flirt as they are attracted to that girl.

not aways. sometimes they may not even realize they do it. Kinda like alot of girls tend to be flirty and not even mean anything by it. I made my boyfriend jealous cause i was 'flirting' with his friends, but i didn't even notice. I cant really help it, its just the way i am, i tend to get that way when im around guys. So sometimes thats how they are.
But most of the time when they flirt, its cause they are attracted to them. Especially if it occurs more then once.

most of the time.......wheres the fun in flirting with someone who's not attractive?....
although i like to throw girls a bone sometimes. if i think they could use a "pick me up", ill throw some attention their way. just to make them feel better though. i dont want any girl to feel that theyre unattractive, everyone deserves to be treated like theyre special.

No.They think they`re gorgeous and constantly seek confirmation !!
It`s an over inflated ego that needs reassuring....perhaps coz he doesn`t think he`s really all that......anyway,some guys flirt with all girls/women ,whatever.He`s just a smooth operator.They`re attracted to getting a leg over...nothing personal.
STUPID q-some males obviously do though, dont they ? ,and by them flirting their gauging Your response.

Ok, Im one of the only guys whose answered this queston so far, and I can say that WE DONT, we try to get the girls to like us! Dont ask me why. And sometimes, we dont consider it flirting until....until....it just is

Yes most of the time but that really depends on the individual person and that persons motives / intentions
