Puffiness or fullness of the skin under the eyes can be due to a number of causes. If mild, these changes are usually temporary and don't require medical treatment. Causes may include changes in your body's fluid balance such as due to weather changes, travel or hormone fluctuations. If itching or redness accompanies the puffiness, it may be due to an allergy. I use and love Arbonne's NutriMinC® RE9 REpair, Corrective Eye Crème, (i buy it online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com ... under shop online) you will enjoy immediate visibly firming and moisturizing benefits. This formula moisturizes the delicate skin around the eyes and reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. the best thing is that they are formulatted with botanical principles and formulatted without mineral oil, animal prooducts or fragrances which all these ingredients are very harmfull for our skin.. Mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing we could do to our skins health for it is like rubbing car oil on our skin and exposing ourselfes to the sun, animal products come from dead animals and these come from rendering plants these plants pick all dead animal and dead animal parts (from meat houses, etc.) and they put it in a huge pot, squash everything and boils it, what ever comes to the top is the oil other companies use to elaborate thier products, gross I know...the lipstick... ewww anyway, that is why i use botanically based products which is way much better because they get absorbed and the nutrients inside the products is what helps our skin look and feel healthy...they are not sold in stores but it is a great way to buy becasue they have this money back guarantee if for some reason there is something you do not like from the products you get your money back guarantee (within 45 days from purchase) so you have nothing to loose, only the dark circles and puffiness ;~).... I know the info is too much but hope this is helpfull!!!

Oh. My friend taught me a few methods which can help to prevent eyebags. First method: you should get yourself ice bags. The first thing you wake up, you should place the ice bags on your eyebags. Wait for around fifteen to twenty minutes, then wash the droplets away. I know the feeling will be numb, but try and tolerate it. :)
Second method: putting cucumber slices on your eyes before going to bed. Place them for thirty minutes, then wash them away immediately to prevent your eye from being itchy.
Third method: if two methods above don't work, try buying a concealor or foundation to cover the eyebags then. By the way, a person should have a sufficent amount of resting time. We should have at least 8 hours of sleep a day.
I hope the above methods help you. Good luck! :D

Are you drinking enough water? Often, dehydration leads to bags under the eyes. Try this... and in the meantime, you should use a yellow based concealer, as yellow cancels out the purplish color under your eyes. This will give you the best coverage. Always turn to the color wheel. Same for acne. Use green concealer for red acne...... Try it.. Promise it works. Makeup artist trick. Little goes a long way though, so blot lightly!

I see only topical solutions here. The real reason may have an underlying cause such as lack of thyroid. I have that condition and it kept getting worse each week until I could hardly function, some days I spent the whole day in bed. Have your thyroid checked and also get a check for diabetes. Good luck.

As we age our bodies start to lose collegan and skin elasticity hense wrinkles, dark circles, age spots, etc.
Arbonne skin care products were created 26 yrs ago using botanical based formulas to reduce if not relieve the appearance of skin related problems. Thier newest line they sell and best with results in as less then three days usage is their RE9 line.

normally if you sleep to much you feel tiered still and you get bags under your eyes or if you sleep to less. Try to aim for around 9 and a half to 10 hours of sleep at night also if you eat more healthier foods and try not to eat so much before you go to bed. [drinking a glass of milk before you go to bed makes you tiered, and in the morning brushing your teeth and eating an apple may help]

theres a such thing as too much sleep.let your body have a chance to get back to full strength. i don't know how old you are but the older you get the less sleep your body requires.and some people age faster than others.but thats probably not the case good luck. pete.

Maybe you are sleeping to much. It will work that way too.
Stress is another way to get those.
Put tea bags on your eyes, and rest awhile. Or cucumber slices.

Try putting some Preparation H cream under your eyes. It shrinks swelling! That is what models use.
