i decided to resign after my bf and i argued, because my boss is flirting with me!!! but now, it seems that i couldn't find a work as higher salary as he pay me! and honestly my job is very easy, that's why my bf was thinking that he want to get something in return...because he gaves me a salary more than enough... is it possible that he has some other motive in giving me sucha big salary?! you think i made a right decision?!

If your boss gave you a bigger salary, and flirted with you, he likes you. Thats how it is. He probably put a two-way mirror in the womens bathroom too.

You made a wrong decision. If your boss was just flirting, there's no harm in that. Unless he is harassing you sexually, that's the time you file him a lawsuit and resign.

You made a rediculous decision. He can flirt all he wants it is what you want that matters. If you are not going to give him sex then you have nothing to worry about. What a waste!

i think you've made a right decision!!! don't worry, you'll find a work better than that...rather than to work in him with a doubt on the back of your mind!!! just be patient...and think positive!!! someday, somehow...you'll find a work!!!
