Chicken. People tell me so all the time. It is not about cooking well, if you can read a recipe, you can cook. The trick is to make the recipes your own by adding a few things and removing the things you don't like.

I was taught by the best my parents. My kids have never complained about my cooking so I am taking that as a good cook.

I excel in baking, but I can whip out a really good meatloaf, or very good fried chicken, make really good chicken strips with my own batter mix,I cook a pot of mean green beans, creamed carrots, homemade bread, I just love cooking.This is making me very hungry.Till later.

khari kitchri and aaloo fry
its a curried yoghurt and yellow basmati rice
aaloo fry is spiced potato aka bombay aaloo
tht is served with poppadums
and maybe some fried spicy fish
its my hubby's fav food so i can cook with my eyes closed

Chorizo con juevos
It's a very aromatic mexican soft sausage that I mix with eggs and fry up on the skillet while adding tabasco, red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder.... then serve it up with a stack of flour tortillas...
