Let me be the first to inform you people of something:
In all likelyhood... you're not travelling amongst the stars. You're either doing things on Earth or outside the Universe entirely, and I'm fairly sure there are no stars involved.... so the term "astral" as applied to such is a misnomer...
Secondarily... Winter, as we know it, is presently only limited on a gradation to the Northern Hemisphere of the Earth. Even if you were travelling among the stars, or indeed anywhere away from this hemisphere.... it would not be winter there.
So basically.... there is no such thing as astral travelling in winter... and the answer therefore ... is no. I don't.

No, don't get colds or flu at all. But I do sweat when I astral travel in the summer.

No my clothes astral travel with me, you need to plan ahead and get some warm astral thermal underwear sorted beforehand.
