All red , orange, green and yellow coloured vegetables and fruits.
The darker the colour the more antioxidants the item contains.
I had to take anti oxidant capsules for a stomach related problem and was advised by my doctor to have a lot of pumpkin, carrots, oranges etc.

if you eat a good variety of vegetable such as those listed here http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php you should be getting plenty of antioxidants.
