i m sure the girl will be very pleased when u tell her that you have a crush on her.
Girls want boys to come and admire them.
she will never know that you like her when you re not telling her. So she doesnt even has the chance to decide to spend time with you, as long as you re not telling her.
Go and speak with her, so you know, if its the right girl or not.

im only 14 but if u have not done so yet start talking 2 her more and then one day while ur talking just ask her out! surprise her and maybe ull b surprised as well! i wish u the best of luck!
