The hotel of your choice. The restaurants have to stay open because of in-house guests and most of them put on a special Xmas menu. Make it snappy though, they book out pretty quickly.

Try the Rockerfeller Plaze. I had Christmas dinner there once and it was lovely watching all the people in the ice skating ring thru a one way mirror.
Avoid the duck though it's a little greasy.
