carmex, it's amazing, you can get it from Boots (if you live in the UK) but vaseline is good too!

First exoliate them otherwise wotever u use will jus sit on top of the lips, rather then soak into them. Simply put sum vaseline on lips and rub with a toothbrush till dry skin comes off, then apply another layer of vaseline (aloe vera is very good- green tin). This helps me everytime.

Use some lip salve or vaseline sand try not to lick them as this will dry them out more and make it worse also make sure you put some lip balm on before bed.

Aquaphor is the best thing to use on your lips at this point. It is like vaseline but it is also a healing ointment. It will soothe the dryness as well heal any cracks or peeling.

Drink lots of water it may be a sign of dehydration and apply some Vaseline for some days if it worsens consult your GP it could be that your allergic to something or you have Kawasaki disease a disease that affects most organs such as skin and mucous membranes
secondly don't lick them it makes it worse

I use vaseline on my lips to keep them moist. You can get a small tin from Boots and they're really handy. Other than that any chapstick or lip moisturiser - again from Boots and v. cheap! (around £1.50)

CARMEX is the best lip balm you can use.
It also prevents cold sores (if you are vulnerable)
They sell it in Top Shop so my missus told me on Saturday as she knows I used to pick up a years supply every time I was in Miami.

You can use lip balm or vaseline. Try drinking more water and taking more fresh fruits and vegetables. I'm sure it will help.
