i like this guy but he wont even notice me have any ideas on how to get his attention?

Alisha I think you are afraid that this guy would not accept your friendship. So you are waiting to see maybe he will notice you and do the first step; but this can take a long time (maybe never). Don't be afraid, make a move (I know you know what to do) and be confident with yourself, you have nothing to lose by trying. By not trying I m 100% sure you may lose the opportunity of a good relationship. Think also, maybe this guy is not what you want, how can you find out without knowing him?

Hon, have you been running around like a love sick female? Telling all your friends how you feel about him? If so! You've blown it already! If not! Take a step back and look at yourself and think 'Am I attractive enough to pull him? if the answer is no! then do something about it! If you think you are his type, chat him up! Talk to the guy! nothing gets a guy going like a girl doing the hard work to get a conversation going.
what if he likes you too, but is just too shy to start a cinversation??

The fact that he tries not to notice you is that he in facty is interested in you. He prefers more positive vibes to come from your side.
