You can view the Blue Boy at:

However it does not have a dog in it (as far as I can tell), the boy is not dressed in a sailor suit and his costume is far earlier than the Victorian era. I would imagine "Devotion" may be a sub title or a popular title by which the image became known referring to the bond between the boy and dog. I have been unable to find a suitable painting.

Why not try somewhere like the VICTORIA & ALBERT MUSEUM they might be able to suggest books that contain such images

Sailor suit might indicate a child from early 20th century

The Blue Boy
The Blue Boy, portrays Jonathan Buttall, the son of a successful hardware merchant, who was a close friend of Gainsborough. The work was executed during Gainsborough's extended stay in Bath before he finally settled in London in 1774. The artist has dressed the young man in a costume dating from about 140 years before the portrait was painted.

i think of that those different men would be jealous of your husband. possibly they have a element for you or something. the proper thank you to deal with this could be to declare something like " nicely thats humorous Im very fascinated in him." or merely be the greater useful individual and blow it off thoroughly jointly as limiting your conversations with those different men
