You'll have to convert the lenses to the SA lens mount, or use them with a converted TC (and accept the light loss).

Sigma lenses on a Canon camera are excellent, mounting and light loss the other way round may make it unacceptable depending on what outcomes you are looking for.

Are you setting up a camera on your own? Come on go buy a digi cam.....there are loads out there!
