Try downloading this MSVCR70.dll file from the interner and copy it to your system path and register that dll to solve your problem.

Registering dll file:

Open --> RUN type "Regsvr32" and drag the dll and drop it on the RUN command where you typed regsvr32 and click OK, it displays a message.

ybrwicon. exe is
Process File: ybrwicon or ybrwicon.exe

go here for information on it

MSVCR70dll I have this file under C:/windows/system32 and
c:/ program files/zonelabs/zonealarm/mailfrontier

You could search your system for it by clicking on start, search, all files and folders. Type it in the search box and let it search for it. Or you can get information and download it from here

if you have the system disk eg win xp or 98 whatever you are using put it in the cd rom .if it auto starts just click on exit but leave the disk in the drive.
then click on start - run- then type in sfc /scannow this will then chceck your system for missing .dll files and should replace for you.

Try putting the name of the missing bit (MSVCR70.dll ) in a search engine you may find the missing bit and be able to down load it to your machine.

A lot of searches suggest that it is to do with Yahoo Browser.
